OUR STORY

Welcome to Deelux Happiness.

Spread a little positivity with our range of natural, handcrafted gifts.

Each one made with self-care and wellbeing in mind.

Back in 2008 I was diagnosed with anxiety. I committed to a course of CBT and was able to take control of my life once again. It’s not always easy, but since then, I have tried my best to keep positivity at the heart of what I do. It’s helped me to see my life from a different angle.

Then last year my best friend was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer at just 35 years old. The news came as such a shock - I couldn’t believe something like this could happen to my friend of 27 years. Just a few weeks later came another blow. My brother, who had just turned 40 that year, was diagnosed with a brain tumour that required surgery. It was such an uncertain time.

I was drained. Never could I have imaged that my best friend and my brother, who grew up together playing in our little cul-de-sac, would end up in the same hospital at the same time. Moving from one ward to another for visits, I gave them the smiles and hugs they needed to get through this awful time.

But through all this, the one thing I held on to was my positivity. This mindset really helped me to stay strong and focused for my loved ones at such an upsetting time, and I am so thankful for the help I received 12 years ago.

When things settled down, I wanted somewhere I could funnel the sense of positivity that had been so valuable to me. The result is Deelux Happiness. The gifts I have created let people spread joy and positivity to others.

At the heart of Deelux Happiness is my range of lovingly handcrafted Rapeseed & Coconut wax melts.. The sumptuous fragrances I have chosen can’t help but brighten your day!

We have the most beautiful, contemporary, unique home gifts catering for all occasions.

Beautiful gifts that are sure to lift the spirits of someone you know who is struggling. And that person might be you! My range of gifts are the perfect guilt-free way to treat yourself.

What my journey has taught me is that spreading a little happiness helps not just others, but yourself. None of us can see what struggles others are going through, so spread a little positivity wherever you can.
